Each piece offered through Deerjon.me is professionally printed, carefully curated, and made to order. For this reason, all purchases are considered final sale.

Order Review & Finalization

Orders may be reviewed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are finalized and committed to production. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our work, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

This policy applies to all products, including prints, framed works, limited editions, and specialty finishes.

Damaged Items & Risk of Loss

All items are produced and packaged to professional standards prior to shipment. Deerjon.me does not accept returns or replacements for items damaged during transit. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.

We recommend carefully inspecting your order upon arrival and contacting the shipping carrier directly should any damage occur during transit.

Color & Material Variation

Subtle variations in color, tone, texture, and finish may occur due to differences in display screens, lighting conditions, materials, and printing processes. These variations are inherent to fine-art printing and do not constitute defects.
